An electrical debonding adhesive sheet includes a substrate for voltage application having a conductive layer. The electrical debonding adhesive sheet also includes a first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer includes an electrically debondable adhesive. The first adhesive layer is on the conductive layer of the substrate for voltage application. The electrical debonding adhesive sheet further includes a second adhesive layer on a surface of the substrate for voltage application opposite to the first adhesive layer. The electrical debonding adhesive sheet has, on at least one surface of the electrical debonding adhesive sheet, an electrode contact portion, which is a portion to which an adherend is not attached. A surface of the electrode contact portion to which the adherend is not attached has a portion where the conductive layer is not exposed in at least a part of the surface of the electrode contact portion.
