/Rotor, Rotary Electric Machine And Manufacturing Method Of Rotor
Abstract

According to an embodiment, the rotor includes a rotor shaft, a pair of first magnets symmetrical about d-axis, a pair of second magnets arranged inward of the first magnet, and a rotor core on the rotor shaft including magnetic poles arranged equidistantly in the circumferential direction. Each magnetic pole has a flux barrier band substantially convex toward the rotation center axis, connecting one with other of the outer peripheral surface and including a region housing the permanent magnet, a non-magnetic region, and a bridge. The rotor core has a non-magnetic region connecting the surface with the permanent magnet. The second magnet has greater thickness than the first magnet. The second magnets form greater angle than the first magnets.
