The present disclosure relates to a modular skin treatment device. The modular skin treatment device includes a console with a fluid source and a vacuum source. The console is configured to couple with a dermabrasion handpiece that includes a fluid conduit and a waste conduit. The dermabrasion handpiece is configured to deliver a treatment fluid from the fluid source to a skin surface via the fluid conduit and remove debris from the skin surface to the vacuum source via the waste conduit. The console is also configured to couple with an ultrasound handpiece that includes one or more transducers. The ultrasound handpiece is configured to deliver ultrasound energy to the skin surface using the one or more transducers.
