The present disclosure relates to a dubbing generation system and method to which artificial intelligence-based voice technology is applied. The dubbing generation system according to the present disclosure comprises a server and a terminal, wherein the server comprises: a communication unit configured to receive video information from the terminal; and a processor including an artificial intelligence model for converting a voice signal included in the video information into text and generating dubbing information on the basis of the converted text, wherein the text is composed of international voice symbols.

The present disclosure relates to a dubbing generation system and method to which artificial intelligence-based voice technology is applied.
