A foldable electronic device including a first housing having a through-hole therein, at least a portion of the through-hole being inclined; a second housing rotatably connected to the first housing; a first display disposed on a first surface of the first housing; a second display disposed on a second surface of the first housing; a first waterproof member disposed between the second surface of the first housing and the second display, and overlapping at least a first portion of the through-hole; a second waterproof member disposed between the second surface of the first housing and the second display and spaced apart from the first waterproof member, the second waterproof member overlapping at least a second portion of the through-hole; and a third waterproof member filled in the through-hole to connect the first waterproof member and the second waterproof member .
