A ball locking cleat including a housing, a strap configured to be positioned within the lower aperture, the upper aperture, or both, and a locking ball configured to be positioned within the ball locking portion and couple to the strap. The housing may include a top, a bottom, a front, a back, a first side, a second side, and a divider. The housing is configured to define an interior space that may include a lower aperture positioned between the bottom and the divider, an upper aperture positioned between the divider and the top, and a ball lock portion extending from the upper aperture.
