/System And Method For Lead-related User Communication Contextual Awareness
Abstract

A system and method for lead-related user communication contextual awareness which uses an interaction control server and messaging gateway to facilitate initial communications between potential buyers and sales representatives of sellers using diverse messaging or communications protocols and methodologies, using contextual awareness of a user's first opt-in communication response. User device capabilities and protocol compatibility is detected to provide for optimal messaging with a user, with basic SMS/MMS fallback messaging for users whose devices do not support Rich Communication Services (RCS) technology, to provide for seamless business-to-consumer pipelines, allowing for users with modern or advanced devices to interact with rich interfaces that may communicate with a variety of back-end services and entities, and users with basic or older devices to communicate with the protocols their devices support.
