Abstract

An operating device of a human-powered vehicle includes an operating structure, a coupling member, a fastener, and a restriction member. The operating structure includes a first operating member and a first electric switch. The first electric switch is configured to be activated in response to a movement of the first operating member. The coupling member is configured to couple the operating structure and a handlebar. At least one of coupling member and the operating structure defines a holder space in which an electric power source is to be provided. The fastener is configured to fasten the operating structure to the coupling member. The restriction member is attached to the fastener to restrict the fastener from falling off the coupling member.

What is claimed is:

An operating device of a human-powered vehicle includes an operating structure, a coupling member, a fastener, and a restriction member. The operating structure includes a first operating member and a first electric switch. The first electric switch is configured to be activated in response to a movement of the first operating member. The coupling member is configured to couple the operating structure and a handlebar. At least one of coupling member and the operating structure defines a holder space in which an electric power source is to be provided. The fastener is configured to fasten the operating structure to the coupling member. The restriction member is attached to the fastener to restrict the fastener from falling off the coupling member.
