An implement couplable to a cleaning device for treating hair, fur, skin, and/or tissue. The implement includes a handle, a head that extends outwardly from the handle and being adapted to interface with the hair or the fur. The head includes at least a set of bristles that extends downwardly from an applicator surface of the head, and at least two applicators that are positioned among the set of the bristles and located along the applicator surface. Each of the at least two applicators is configured to apply a predetermined amount of treatment from the applicator surface to a bodily section of an animal at two separate locations. The predetermined amount of treatment may be one or more of steam, air, or a combination of steam and air, a cleaning serum, or red light or near-infrared light applied to the bodily section of the animal.
