A method of forming a catheter includes extruding a catheter body from a first material and forming a distal tip onto the catheter body. The catheter body can include a first lumen, a second lumen, and a third lumen. Forming the distal tip onto the catheter body can include positioning a proximal end of a mandrel in a distal end of the third lumen, positioning a portion of the mandrel, a distal end of the catheter body, and a pellet of a second material in a die, and deforming the pellet around the mandrel to form the distal tip. The second material can be different from the first material. The method can further include removing the mandrel from the catheter body and the distal tip to provide a passage from the third lumen at the distal end of the catheter body through the distal tip.
