One example method for identifying at-risk meetings includes receiving, by a video conferencing system, access data having a format or content associated with identifying and providing access to a virtual meeting and a source of the access data and determining that the access data identifies and provides access to the virtual meeting. The example method further includes determining a distribution score based at least in part on the access data, the source of the access data, and a meeting property associated with the virtual meeting, the distribution score indicating the extent to which the access data has been distributed, and causing a display to be created based at least in part on the distribution score.
