The rolled coin machine comprising: a dispenser including a housing including a cavity storing the denominations of rolled coin, and one or more gate or actuator within the housing for each denomination of rolled coin to dispense the denomination of the rolled coin; an input/output device; a user interface displayed on the input/output device, the user interface configured to allow a user to select transaction information for obtaining the rolled coin, the transaction information including user identification information, a desired denomination or denominations of rolled coin, a number of rolls of rolled coin for each denomination, and a complete transaction indicator to indicate when the user is prepared to purchase a selected rolled coin; a control unit receiving the transaction information, the control unit authorizing the transaction.
