There is disclosed a system, comprising: autonomous agents, each autonomous agent comprising a software module configured to autonomously execute task(s) and to exchange data via a distributed computing network, wherein autonomous agent(s) of the autonomous agents employs a self-adjusting, adaptive AI algorithm to execute at least one task of the one or more tasks; and a computing framework comprising software module(s) executed by computing device(s), wherein the computing framework is configured to: select an autonomous agent to execute the task(s) of the tasks; and cause execution of the task(s) by the selected autonomous agent; and wherein the autonomous agent(s) that employs the self-adjusting, adaptive AI algorithm is configured to modify execution of the task(s) based on data received by the autonomous agent(s) from a source external to the autonomous agent(s).
