/We established a scoring system (CRscore) to quantify the expression of the 110 DEGs related to CR as prognostic predictors. The survival rate of patients with a high CR score was significantly higher than the survival rate of patients with a low CR score. The CR score was positively correlated with the TMB (P < 0.05; r = 0.17). Patients with a high TMB and a high CR score had a longer survival time.
