/Table 8 showed a negative correlation between science and social studies (r = −0.240, r² = 5.76%, p < 0.05), positive correlations between mathematics and science (r = 0.298, r² = 8.8%, p < 0.01) and mathematics and English (r = 0.332, r² = 11%, p < 0.01). No significant correlation between mathematics and social studies (r = 0.158, r² = 2%, p < 0.01).
