However, the unconditioned time averages ⟨Re/ⁱ⟩ plotted in Fig. S3(b) remain strictly smaller than 1. The PDFs of the Rⁱ values reveal a power-law singularity at Rⁱ = 1 for sufficiently large G, with an exponent ≈0.76, which is integrable and does not contribute to the average value of Rⁱ.
