/The energetics calculations show that the difference of binding affinity in CD16 and KIRDL2 between the two conditions is due to the difference in the total stabilizing energy. CD69 and NKP46 have the lowest total stabilizing energy and hence results in highest binding affinity. These complexes also have the lowest energy per interface residue, making the complexes very stable.
