/This analysis showed how subsampling heterogeneous tumor samples with TMAs and WSIs can lead to information loss, when compared to whole >1cm³ 3D assessments. Simulations quantified the degree of dissimilarity between TMA and WSI sampling of each tissue component, when compared to the true bulk tissue content of the 3D samples.
